Bio
Nabil Traboulsi is a Lebanese-Canadian film, television and stage actor based in Toronto, and working in English, French and Arabic.
On screen, Nabil has worked on Titans (Netflix), The Boys (Amazon), Accused (Fox) directed by Billy Porter. He has also been in the limited series Börje: The Journey of a Legend (Viaplay) directed by Amir Chamdin. Other recent credits include The Apprentice, directed by Ali Abbasi (Official Selection Cannes ‘24) where he performed opposite Sebastian Stan, and the sci-fi thriller Murderbot (AppleTV). Over the years, Nabil has also been featured in many short films and commercials including more recently a large campaign opposite Simu Liu.
Coming up is supporting roles in the period-horror feature Ithaqua (Father of Cain Prod.) directed by Casey Walker and starring Luke Hemsworth and Michael Pitt, the first season of the French-language dramedy 11h11 (Orbite Média), and the next season of Murdoch Mysteries (Shaftesbury).
Nabil has also worked extensively in theatre with selected recent stage credits including: World premiere of the solo show Homes: A Refugee Story (Grand Theatre) based on the critically acclaimed novel of the same name, Martyr (ARC), Gloria (ARC in association with Crow’s Theatre), A Tonic for Desperate Times (Theatre Gargantua), Towards Rebirth (Shakespeare in the Ruff), Oil (ARC), Les Zinspirés, Le Menteur, and La Seconde Surprise de l’Amour (Théâtre Français de Toronto), Vanishing State (London International Festival of Theatre, Kaaitheater Brussels), White Wedding (Toronto Fringe), and Sinners on a Southbound Bus (New York Fringe Festival).
Nabil has been nominated for 4 Dora Awards for his stage work, and has won 2 with the Ensemble of A Tonic For Desperate Times for Outstanding Performance and Outstanding Music Composition.
